At Enigma Office Solutions we offer a number of services to reduce the admin burden to businesses and individuals.

We are highly proficient with MS Office software and are able to quickly and efficiently provide you with the support that you need. Calls to customers to seek feedback on a product/service, and presentation of information gathered

Design, sending email questionnaires/collation and analysis of results

Printing and sending of postal campaigns
Personal administration – booking holidays, hotels, travel
Monthly expenses
Generating and sending monthly invoices
Chasing late payments

Pricing is on request; it depends on the job, we will provide a quote once we have details of what the job entails (postage/stationery and other ancillary items are charged at cost); to give you an indication our hourly rate is £20 per hour, chargeable in 15 minute increments - minimum charge of one hour. We do not currently charge VAT. We are able to provide discounted services to customers that use us on a monthly basis, please email us to find out more.
